American Culinary Federation, the Great Lakes Culinary Institute at
Northwestern Michigan College prepares students for careers in the
rapidly growing food service industry. The program's main emphasis
is to prepare students for chef and kitchen management positions.
The Great Lakes Culinary Institute is located on the West Bay in
Traverse City, Michigan at 715 E. Front Street, at the heart of
Downtown Traverse City on NMC's Great Lakes Campus. The campus
location houses five training kitchens and "Lobdell's," a teaching
restaurant. |
